Chestnuts with Kao Fu and Gingko


The chestnuts are delicious with a soft, dense texture. They fried in olive oil yet not greasy. The roasted Kao Fu filled with a sweet sauce lends a strong flavor, while gingko nuts and wood-ear fungus add texture and layers to this dish.
